When you set your appointment by phone, I ask for a non-refundable deposit of $50. If you use the Square system to set your appointment, your card has to be put on file. If you move your appointment at least 72 business hours before your appointment, you may move your deposit to a new appointment. However, if you cancel or reschedule less than 72 business hours, you will be charged $50. For No show (same-day appointment), you will be charged 50% of the total price of the procedure, and you will lose your deposit.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may need to reschedule your appointment and you will lose your deposit.

 

For future Touch Up appointments, there is a $50 fee if you cancel your appointment in less than 72 business hours.

I love the kids, but this is a tattoo establishment and kids are not allowed on the workspace by law. If you bring kids, I have to reschedule your appointment.
